Looking at life, I see a pattern. A cycle of essential events, constantly repeating themselves. Like the pieces of a mosaic, being rearranged over and over again to create a bigger picture. A picture that inevitably falls apart as soon as you take a closer look at it. This dissolution is what we experience every day. The scheme of the world is too big for us to perceive. Larger than life, so to say. We are trapped in between elementary moments, unable to grasp their significance before they vanish. That is why the ability to capture such moments is what fascinates me. As a photographer, I collect these elements of reality wherever I can. I piece them together, waiting for the bigger picture to appear.
